I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and/or sale of single-family residences and income property within the counties of Butler and Allegheny, and often venture further North. I offer the traditional methods of buying and selling real estate, as well as using the auction marketing system, to give clients and customers additional, well-rounded benefits.
Personal
I'm a Mars native, having been born and raised in the local area. I've watched it expand from countryside and farm lands to thriving communities. My wife and I have raised our children here, and happily watch our grand children grow and enjoy everything the area has to offer. As well as being a Realtor, I am a licensed Auctioneer, which gives an extra edge to marketing in addition to selling home contents. I enjoy spending time with the family, traveling, participating in church activities and volunteering as a benefit auctioneer for various charity organizations. Most recently, I've become involved as a Team Leader for Sentinels of Freedom, which is an organization developed to help severely injured veterans of military actions beginning September 11, 2001, to regain independent civilian lives. | |
